WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

USEFUL INFORMATION

Will there be free from food options?

We have tried our hardest to provide a variety of food options in our wedding feast including vegan/vegetarian options.

We will make every attempt to adjust food options to your dietary requirements so please do include these on your RSVP, on the specific requirements page or contact us directly so that we can arrange this.

Will accommodation be provided?

Due to the nature of the venue there is a limited amount of onsite accommodation. For this reason we have reserved onsite accommodation for our nearest and dearest, and those travelling from afar.

If you received a glamping invite as part of your invitation please contact us directly to book.

There are multiple other local accommodation options, we have listed some below. We recommend completing your own search through booking.com so you can find something that suits your needs. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Is there a wedding gift list?

Gifts are welcomed but by no means necessary.

We both know how hard it is to choose presents so have compiled a wedding gift wish-list.

Please click on the link below if you want some gift inspiration:

We appreciate you may wish to give a gift, but not like anything on the gift list. In this case, you are of course, welcome to gift something of your own choice - or if you would like, you can make a donation towards our honeymoon.

What is the dress code?

Our main priority is for everyone to be and feel comfortable in what they are wearing.

We ask for full day guests to wear semi-formal, smart dress to the ceremony but you are welcome to bring something more comfortable to change into for the evening.

We would recommend smart casual dress for our evening guests.

A large portion of the venue is outside, and requires walking from barn to barn. For this reason we recommend bringing jackets, coats, umbrellas etc. I would also say that it is probably advisable to opt for flats, block heels or wedges over stilettos.

If you would like to avoid wearing attire that matches/clashes with the wedding party, please note that our wedding colours are ivory and autumnal oranges/browns.

How do we get to the wedding?

We ask that  people provide their own transport to and from the wedding.

Below is the recommended Taxi list:

Minster Cars : 01843 606206 (Local to venue)

Green Light Private Hire: 01227 722222

Cab Line 01227 555 555 ( Canterbury )

Sandwich Cabs: 01304 617424 (Sandwich area)

The Village Taxi: 07735668686 (Barham area)

Unite Cars: 01843 581 581 (Ramsgate area)

Wilkinson: 01227 450 450 (Canterbury area)

When can we see the Photos?

We will have a professional photographer on the day and will upload our favourite shots from her onto our photos page, once they have been edited. We have uploaded some of our engagement photos for now so you can see how this will work.

Please feel free to take as many photos as you like once the ceremony is completed, if you wish you can share them with us by scanning the QR code placed on tables at the venue, or click on the link below.
